Before Max percent of payment a buyer can lower purchasing risk by checking the mill in performance and quality
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic (including piping line) are in ready-made construction as per the end user requirement, site construction to be reduced or canceled accordingly
The installation and commissioning time to be cut down in user site, the expense to be saved and the installation quality to be enhanced
Operator and maintenance training course may be executed in advance during the trial producing period
