Intelligent roller-changing and adjusting system

To change product specifications, here are the master operation procedure and characteristics: 

Input product specifications on the touch screen, with 3-4 data  

Change horizontal roller or horizontal roller + vertical roller automatically 

An automatic device and a manual device are available to change the roller and adjust the hole pattern, no production suspension will occur due to one of the devices failing.

Intelligent roller hole pattern adjustment can be made without using counter, data sheet and artificial intervention.

A device for fast change is available for manual roller change to save both time and energy. 

The machine is shut down for 30 minutes for automatic roller change and for 60 minutes for manual roller change.

That system can not only be used on a newly built production line, but can also be used for old production line renovation.
