FD Machinery Co., Ltd.combines science, industry and trade together in manufacturing and sell of large complete set of equipment. FD is a professional company which has design, manufacture, sales, and after-sale service ability. FD is the only manufacturing enterprise in China which has API high-frequency welded pipe mill with whole plant export capacity. Their API 508 × 16mm ERW pipe mill in Yulong Steel Pipe is the only one running in China.
FD is the high-tech, export-oriented, one of the first hundred private enterprises in Dalian, director of China cold-formed steel Institute, International Pipe Association of Asia Pacific Council.
FD is located in Bay industrial district of Dalian. The factory Covers 30000 Square meters, the construction area covers 23000 Square meters. FD is the only major steel pipe production line testing base in China. Also it is the only manufacturer has the entire line production test ability of large diameter pipe mill with annual 10,000 tons of manufacturing capacity. FD’s products mainly export abroad, also provide the products to Bao steel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang group and other major domestic steel enterprises, thus breaking the situation that API high-frequency welded pipe equipments in China rely on imports.
FD owns 24 patents, including CFS, CFSR and other patented technologies that fill the blank in the world.

01.Previous company of FD was found in 1988 and named “FD Machinery Co., Ltd” in 1998. It is one of the earliest ERW pipe mill and completely equipment makers in China.
02.FD is located in Dalian-a coastal city in North China, covers an area of 30000 square meters with an 20000 square meters of factory and an office building. The factory is equipped with power supply 4000KVA and a 24mx300m site for trial running of machine, where any size of ERW pipe mill can be assembled and put into with load test for acceptance.

06.CFS flexible square and rectangular pipe mill:
The first one made in 2000, free of roll change, no need of new combination of roll and without trial running. CFS 500x500x20mm pipe mill is still the one with biggest size in the world.
07.CFSR flexible round and square & rectangular multipurpose pipe mill
The first one made in 2006, is still the world blank.
08.AUTO-CFS square and rectangular pipe mill:
The first one made in 2010 by size change within 10 minutes. AUTO-CFS 180x180x13mm pipe mill with heavy wall thickness is still the biggest one in the world
09.DNSA digitalization ERW pipe mill:
The first one made in 2008 with roll in digital positioned, intelligent adjusted and quick changed. ￠127x6mm pipe mill was made by FD in 2010 with size changed by 2 operators shutdown time within 2 hours by free of trial running, which is holding the world record of the fastest manual roll change.
10.AUTO-DNSA ERW pipe mill:
The first one made in 2010 with roll changed in automatic robot by inputting pipe size. ￠89x7mm pipe mill is made in 2012, which is still the world blank.
11.UHS ERW pipe mill:
The first one made in 2013 with mill speed up to 200m/min ( when pipe is ￠50mm at 6 m length), keeping the quality of incision and saw blade life. The speed is the top of the world in application of flying cut off type pipe mill.
