How does a new generation of welded pipe mill reduce the operator’s physical consumption and make it light and pleasant work?

Auto coil loading and pipe packing are not only the key of reducing amount of operator but also that of reducing operator’s physical consumption as well as making it light and pleasant work.

But the combined roll forming mill is different from the above, which is of complicated construction and if the shut down happened there needs to stop the whole mill and trouble shootings need to be done by superior technician.

Therefore automatic roll change unit is the best choice and will become a conventional type for new generation of pipe mill.
