Trial producing capacity in FD factory:

• Trial producing field: one span of 24m (W) x 270m (L) and one span of 20m (W)x 270m (L) with T underground rail for fixing machineries
• Power supply: 4000KVA
• Crane capacity: 6 sets of overhead cranes from 5~32 tons
• Cooling water: 200m3 water reservation pool underground and all over the field with water collecting system underground
• Compressed air: 10m3/minute station
• HF welder: 4 sets of HF welders at different sizes
• Capacity: trial producing for every size of pipe mill including API 24” pipe mill
